At Makia Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, we have made the exchange and return process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
